For "I loose things a lot", you can also say... 私は　よく　物を　なくします。<i>Watashi wa yoku mono o nakushimasu.</i> よく/<i>yoku</i>=often もの/<i>mono</i>=item, things なくします/<i>nakushimasu</i>=to lose みなさんは、最近、物をなくしましたか？ <i>Mina-san wa saikin, mono o nakushimashita ka?</i> Did you lose things recently? Mina-san

[忘れっぽい/wasureppoi = forgetful] is a good phrase to know.
私は忘れっぽいです。/Watashi wa wasureppoi desu. = I’m forgetful.

For “I loose things a lot”, you can also say…
私は　よく　物を　なくします。Watashi wa yoku mono o nakushimasu.
よく/yoku=often
もの/mono=item, things
なくします/nakushimasu=to lose

みなさんは、最近、物をなくしましたか？
Mina-san wa saikin, mono o nakushimashita ka?
Did you lose things recently?
