I still don’t understand the different between たら and なら.

1.日本語を勉強するなら、Japanesepod101がいいよ

2.日本語を勉強するたら、Japanesepod101がいいよ

I still don’t understand the subtlety between these 2 sentences, I still don’t quite understand what the PDF is saying. Can someone kindly explain to me.

First all all, please review the formation of ーtara　conditional.
plain past(ta) + ra
寝る（neru)→寝たら（netara)
走る（hashiru)→走ったら(hashittara)
来る(kuru)→来たら（kitara)
する（benkyousuru) →したら（benkyoushitara)

So the first clause of second sentence should be
勉強したら(benkyou shitara)

This なら/nara can be translated as “if,” “if it is the case”

2. 日本語を勉強したら、_______.
Nihongo o benkyoushitara, ________.
This たら/tara can be translated as “if,” “when” or “after.”
“[ clause 1 ] tara [ clause 2 ]”
Basically,　[clause 2] takes place after [clause 1]’s condition is filled.
The sample sentence should be
日本語を勉強したら、日本に行きたくなる。
Nihongo o benkyoushitara, nihon ni ikitaku naru.
If you study Japanese, I would feel tempted to go to Japan.

In [clause 2], you have to put a thing happens after you studied Japanese.

So, your original sample sentence
日本語を勉強したら、Japanesepod101がいいよ。
Nihongo o benkyoushitara, japanesepod101 ga iiyo.
is unfortunately wrong, because “to study Japanese” doesn’t necessarily happen before “listening to japanesepod101.”
