I'd rather ask multiple times and make sure I'm on the right one. Especially since there are so many different trains in Japan. I never took the wrong one, but once I had to get from Narita to Asakusa, and for some reason (well, I thought it was way too expensive...) I didn't take the Skyliner but some local train. I got to Asakusa all right, but when it was time to leave Japan, I never did find the train going the other way... (so I finally ended up in the skyliner...) Big problem, taking the wrong train… I’d rather ask multiple times and make sure I’m on the right one. Especially since there are so many different trains in Japan.
