As Jieying-san answered below, “she has long hair and big eyes” is 髪が長くて、目が大きいです。
To say your sentence “I like women with long hair and big eyes”, you need to use a grammar called “relative clause” or “modifying clause” which will be explained in beginner series season 4 and 5.
●　women with long hair and big eyes⇒ 髪が長くて目が大きい女の人
●　I like ⇒ 好きです
