From there, of course, it would be a short ride south on the Yamanote sen to Ebisu. Now, I have to fly into Narita, and from there take the express into Shinjuku. I miss Ebisu. Especially the brewery. Sindy - the primary international entry point to Tokyo is the Narita airport, which is about 1.5 hours out from Tokyo by the Narita Express train. Ebisu is a stop on the main Yamanote train line, one stop south of Shibuya (next is Harajuku, and Shinjuku is two stops after that). Yamanote-sen is one of the most important lines in Tokyo, being the only one that goes around in a big circle (takes almost exactly 1 hour to complete the circuit). Important stations on the Yamanote line are:Akihabara, Tokyo, Ueno, Ikebukuro, Shinjuku and Shibuya. Eaaassyyy !!! Take the train to CDG airport,12 hour flight to Narita, skyliner from Narita to Ueno, and then Yamanote line from Ueno to Ebisu. Where can I leave my suitcase ?... I once tried to walk from Omote-sando to Ebisu and then to Shibuya. It was a nice day, and I love walking through cities... I got hopelessly lost...
