Humble language (謙譲語) RULES!!!!!!!!!!

It’s the only one I use, and ensures that I never make the mistake of being rude inadvertently.

I prefer both honorific and humble because sometimes people need to be put on their place but it’s not good to get angry because you lose. This is what happen to me.

今から、message boardで,日本語を書きます！今学期は私の最後のから、日本語についてもと真剣になりたい！

とにかく、今日はほかのJ-POD経験を持った。私は大工です。一人で働きますの時で、いつもJp101を聞きます。今日は、電気をすえつけるから高いのビルのルーフではたらきました。風が強いかたし、ラーダはこわいいかたし、危なかった。もちろん、まだピータやなつこに聞きました。多分、私は死ながらJP101を聞きますと思た。私の死方は私の生活らしね？！
実話、二月前に、Jp101を聞くながら、自転車で車事故をしまた。いつも聞きますから！骨折しない、ほとんど血祭りと言うだった。大丈夫ですしJP101のせいでじゃない。JP101をかげで安全なと信じる。（説められない）
ところで『自転し』のレッスンで全然使った。私たちほ社会はだひとから、この単語は大事です！JP culture class, ママチャリについて！

Those upper-intermediate lessons are great !!! Covering both humble and honorific language is really important …honorific because you finally get a chance to understand what’s thrown at you, and with humble language people are often impressed that you can speak it.

Marky, that was just this guy’s experience. Perhaps he was talking more about businessmen visiting Japanese companies (people who don’t live in Japan nor speak the language). I’m sure most people would understand your intentions, there might even be older generations who would find it rude if you don’t.

I mentioned this on englishpod in the comments for the handshake lesson. Maybe you could do a lesson covering o-jigi, since everybody knows it’s a part of Japanese culture, and there are three different levels for different situations. Maybe some of the Japanese crew members could shed some more light on the view of westerners doing it as well

これは本当に役に立つと存じ上げます。アッパー中級クラスがあってよかった。実は、先日、私の日本語がここまで少しずつあげてしまうことになったと存じ上げたんですけれども、今日の学課はなんだかご希望させてくださいました（ちゃんと言いましたかな。。）とにかく、もうすぐ、卒業することです。日本に戻りたいので、こういう尊敬語や謙譲語を勉強しておいたほうがいいんですよね。

→It depends on the context, but I think it’s 申す　or 申し上げる
