Hi guys. Does this lesson indicate the actual order of the words including the particles? Like is this the sentence structure to go by?

Thanks in advance

Jessi-sensei,

I tried a cut and paste from the pdf but didn't get anything useful.

Errm, it's the very last sentence in the last words of Fabrizio, just after he says "mo ichidou o-negai shimasu."

I shall try to go a little more slowly through the seasons; the problem is that the dialogues are so interesting and the voice actors are so good that I can't wait for the next one....

Hi Zeewolf,
Thank you for your kind words!
I couldn't find the incorrect sentence you pointed out (it appears a lot in the PDF!) - could you let me know where you found it? Thanks!

As for what kind of pace to go at, I think it's really up to the user and what they want to achieve! I think that going through 3 seasons in 3 weeks (if that is what you meant) is a pretty quick pace! If that works for you, I say keep it up, but if you are having trouble absorbing all of the information, it wouldn't hurt to take it slower. Best of luck :D

The kana for the last sentence is "itsu dare to nani o shimasu ka?" but the romaji is " itsu dare to doko de nani o shimasu ka" unless I have really messed up learning the kana characters?

JPOD team - I have learnt English, afrikaans, Zulu, Latin, French, Italian, German, Portuguese and Icelandic but this method for learning Japanese is by far the best and most fun method I have ever come across.

It's taken me about three weeks to get through newbie 1 and 2 and beginner 1 - what pace would you recommend?

Regards,

I love Faburitsio! He's such a great character! Was he based on Fabio, the male model who graced the covers of all those Mills and Boon books a few years ago? Because that's how I see him in my mind's eye.
Thanks again for another great lesson!

Lindsay-san
As you already knew, when "o suru" follows some noun, it becomes a verb. But that object marker "o" before "suru" is often omitted.
So either でんわをする or 電話する is correct.

でんわします is suppose to be Mata, denwa o shimasu.

So i think there's a を missing.

My thanks to both ハジメさん and Naomi-san for answering my question about how to proceed. (And please do not worry about missing my question, Naomi-san. I'm honestly amazed by these fine lessons and the serious consideration JapanesePod101 gives to its students.) My hearty regards to you both!

Apparently these days, the staff at JPod101 recommends the following sequence:

Newbie Season 2 -> Newbie Season 3 -> Beginner Season 4

because this is a linear progression. In other words, this progression was purposefully designed. So you are on the right track.

Having just worked my way through season 2 of the Newbie lessons, should I move on to season 3 or should I proceed with the Beginner lessons?
