Thanks for your feedback. In fact, I made quite a few mistakes with the Japanese, including writing 「矢印」(yajirushi, arrow/direction marker), when I meant 「印」(shirushi, mark/evidence), and I should have omitted 「の」so that the phrase would read 「殺虫剤を使わない印」. And undoubtedly there are more awkward wording and outright mistakes lurking. I noticed that today’s lower intermediate lesson also used the word “shirushi”. Oh well, I hope the JPod staff don’t get too depressed by this 印 of my failure to absorb the lessons they have been trying so hard to teach!

There was a small mixup in lesson numbering, but it should all have been resolved now.

十年以上前に出張で広島に行って、なかなかいいチャンスと思いながら駅ビルで有名な広島風のお好み焼き食べました。客の前にお好み焼きを作る店でした。食べ始まるとゴキブリが走って来ました。「まあ、確かに嫌いけど、この店で殺虫剤を使わないの矢印じゃない」と思って、次の瞬間、店の人が殺虫剤の缶をとってスプレーしました！
