maxiさん、did you catch all of this by your own ears?
if so, 上手ですね！ this intro is one of the most difficult ones, i think, though it's not impossible upon repeated listening...
at any rate, that you could decipher this much of it, is definitely a feat in and of itself.　

i'll correct a few points...

食べごたえになりそうだな。
That would be enough to eat.

this one is also nearly perfect. actually, i didn't know this word 食べごたえ until this recording. it was explained to me, but i checked various sources and it seemed unclear, but there is a formation rule: -masu stem plus ごたえ which means something like 'it's sufficient to do.' personally, i hope we can cover this soon in a jpod lesson.

i'd swap のあ for your な (it's a very おやじ way to speak. probably heard less in real life, more on tv or books - but old men in 下町 sometimes talk this way, or definitely in 時代劇).
i'd also change the translation just a bit:

食べごたえになりそうそうだのー。
Looks like he'd be a filling meal, eh?

かぐわしいなあああ。
Hmmm nice.

i'd change this to

かぐわしいのー!
A lovely scent!

(I'd like to add, the 3 of us were in convulsions at this point during the recording. there is an outtake version of this that will get released soon, and you'll see why!!)

but basically you caught it all! that's amazing!
the specialized sentence-final particle use was the only thing that off. so

now that i finished writing my line by line response, i just caught your last line, 全部はガールフレンドのおかげで。
lololol....

that said, now i'm looking more forward to doing a culture class on these intros, as ridiculous as most of them are. lol...

jPodも皆さんもおつかれさまでした！

先週書いたけど又書く：ナオミ先生はたまにオーストラリア人見たい!ナオミ先生の声は確かにオーストラリア英語。

Sometimes Naomi先生 will drop in a word and it's like she was 'born and bred' in Australia.

皆聞こえるかな。

Today's intro:
あすこ（あそこ）にお猿がいるよ！
There's a monkey over there!

Ern.　かわいいな。
Ern. Cute isn't it.

あすこに美味しそうな象がいる。
There's a delicious looking elephant over there.

食べごたえになりそうだな。
That would be enough to eat.

あ、あそこにいい匂いがした麒麟がいるよ！
Ah, there's a nice smelling giraffe over there!

かぐわしいなあああ。
Hmmm nice.

あ、あんなところにjapanesepod101がある。
Oh, over there (lit. in that place) is Japanesepod.

なんだこの生き物は。
What kind of a creature is that?

I'm not too sure about all the translations, but before congratulating me, I have to say that 全部はガールフレンドのおかげで。

Another grammar point used! Yessss.....

Now, Sindy-san, I believe we will all miss CSP, but I'm not sad because this is the last episode, on the contrary, I'm looking forward to seeing how JPOD crew is going to surprise us!!!

Thank you JPOD for this great series again!!!

Haha, Naomi-sensei is worse than Sakura when it comes to taking compliments! Naomi and Akihiro make a good hosting duo, they both make some interesting and useful points. Keep up the good work

かならず、このサイトでなおみ先生のレッスンを聞きに戻ってきますよ。さようなら、あっ。。またね。

By the way, how do you correct yourself in Japanese? Like 'I mean...', 'I meant to say...', '...rather', etc. I've got a feeling I'm going to need this at some point
