A lovely scent! (I'd like to add, the 3 of us were in convulsions at this point during the recording. there is an outtake version of this that will get released soon, and you'll see why!!) but basically you caught it all! that's amazing! the specialized sentence-final particle use was the only thing that off. so now that i finished writing my line by line response, i just caught your last line, 全部はガールフレンドのおかげで。 lololol.... that said, now i'm looking more forward to doing a culture class on these intros, as ridiculous as most of them are. lol... marky maxiさん、did you catch all of this by your own ears?

at any rate, that you could decipher this much of it, is definitely a feat in and of itself.

i’ll correct a few points…

食べごたえになりそうだな。
That would be enough to eat.

this one is also nearly perfect. actually, i didn’t know this word 食べごたえ until this recording. it was explained to me, but i checked various sources and it seemed unclear, but there is a formation rule: -masu stem plus ごたえ which means something like ‘it’s sufficient to do.’ personally, i hope we can cover this soon in a jpod lesson.

but basically you caught it all! that’s amazing!
the specialized sentence-final particle use was the only thing that off. so

now that i finished writing my line by line response, i just caught your last line, 全部はガールフレンドのおかげで。
lololol….

that said, now i’m looking more forward to doing a culture class on these intros, as ridiculous as most of them are. lol…

Naomi and Akihiro make a good hosting duo, they both make some interesting and useful points. Keep up the good work  かならず、このサイトでなおみ先生のレッスンを聞きに戻ってきますよ。さようなら、あっ。。またね。 By the way, how do you correct yourself in Japanese? Like 'I mean...', 'I meant to say...', '...rather', etc. I've got a feeling I'm going to need this at some point  Haha, Naomi-sensei is worse than Sakura when it comes to taking compliments!
