I am not familiar with this phrase:"Odoroi chatta yo." what is the difference from びっくりした？ how would one use odoroi in the odoruku form?
Another question I have is does the site have more practice examples to use for such things as grammer + vocab? I only saw one grammer quiz for this lesson, I was wondering if there were more. Perhaps it differs for paying customers(which I might do soon). Also is there any specific lesson that deals a lot with くれる？I have yet to master the infinite combinations that come with this verb but would love to. Thanx so much 4 the site!

I'm a recent new listener... thanks for the wonderful work! I've been listening to this all weekend since I found it (by searching for 'Japanese learning' on iTunes). Now I'm only left with one question... why did it take me so long to discover something so wonderful (as Japanesepod101.com)?!

Looking forward to chatting more and getting to know everyone better. この素晴らしいポッドキャストを、本当にありがとうございます！これからよろしくお願いします。

ここだ！ファンの皆さん、安心してください。maxieは！やっと戻った。

私も授業参観と言う事良く分かります。僕は中国で英語の先生だから。

実は、ご両親は教室のうしろに立ちながら見て、本当の授業じゃない。
(Did that make sense? When parents stand at the back watching, it's not a real class. It's more like a show.)

JP101 crew/listeners!

I have to recognize that math is the most difficult subject on earth/universe. At first I hated when I was little but now I realize how beautiful this subject is and how is part of our everyday lifes so more respect to math and it's teachers.:mrgreen:

Great lesson JP101 keep it up!
BTW welcome back Mikuji-san and where is everyone else? (Markystar, Vicky, Liz, Daniel, Peter, Maxiewawa, Belton,
Jason, etc) we miss you all!:wink: S_R_C

”If you take a ball and divide it up into 5 parts, then put them back together. How many balls will you end up?

Ans: 2”

化け物！ In the nicest sense but you made my one brain cell melt!
何だ！２かどか分からないです:roll:
今夜後は私が悪夢がある。:evil::grin:

Funny though how math is either something you love or hate, rarely in the middle.

Great link. Now my brain hurts so I'm going to use the Japanese baseball terms I learned recently @ 101pod, across the road at Rock Meisha.
Need a soda or two, with a皿の おこのみやき

i think math is one of the most hated subjects in the world
when i was in school we hated the teacher more than math
