basically you’re right again.
although, i don’t think it would be a mistake to say いくべ. but for the purpose of this PDF, it should be いくべ。

If nothing else it is providing an opportunity to recognize it if I hear it, though I won't know what they say....but just to recognize it would be an accomplishment. Please keep it up....
