そうだよ？はい、わかった。　Apparently (I had to look this up), when one addresses a younger sibling, the sibling is addressed as ____-くん or ____-ちゃん. When one addresses an older sibling, he/she is addressed formally, namely お兄さんor お姉さん. 正しいですか？違ったら、正してください！(Or if anything I write here is wrong!)

ところで、私は、Nanaka-さんに賛成ですよ。。。Ushijima-さんの声はきれいな。。。頑張るよ！

At the risk of being wrong here, let me try.
お兄さんwas used because she was addressing the older brother directly. If she had been talking to a third person, then she would use あに.

The little sister used お兄さん, rather than justあに. Don’t you use the latter to refer to your own brothers or sisters? Or was she just being sarcastic?
