Hey everybody. This is Derek.
I have to say that I am absolutely honored by the response that my submission received. I’m a little surprised actually.
I think that, after looking at all of the other entries, the right logo was chosen. Rioo-san really did a fantastic job and deserved to win. I also agree with Yoshi that Stuart-san’s was very good, as well. Actually I think that Runner-up might’ve been a bit generous for me, but I am flattered nonetheless.
And Peter, my site never went down, you goofed on the url Peter (For shame…).

You said “.usa” in the news. My fifteen minutes of fame was ended before it began.

I agree! JockZon is a great contributor, whether it’s his designs, comments or video! I especially like his middle design (number 5), with the vertical 日本語 on the left and the red sun on the right. Simple and elegant.
Are you going to post photos of the JPOD team in their Halloween costumes? I certainly hope so!
