Refearing? Yeah, I guess NY State can be kinda scary. California rules (only those who’ve lived there can truly appreciate this)!

As for cities, I’ll go with Monterey & Tokyo.

Yeah I know NYC is not a state I was refearing to New York state and guess what? It is the BEST! and NYC is the # 1 City in the world period ok Daniel-san and John-san!

Let’s see. NYC is not the “first” at anything I can think of. It is certainly not historically first.

And, last time I checked, NYC is not a state. Hmmm.

Well, it might be the “best” at something, so I guess this is OK.
