We’d like to thank all the participants for making this project so amazing! You ladies are SUGOI!

Noooo!!! What will happen?
*Stares at iTunes*
Hurry up!
Great Job people!
Saturday at 7:12 am
Haha wow so many videos! But I don’t think Sölvi would be too happy to be called Swedish Peter as you told us in the audio. Take it back or she will call you Canadian
Bideo wa sugoi da yo ne!
Saturday at 7:25 am
Stewie-Sama, thanks for watching and posting!
Some more answers coming soon!
JockZon-san, I just wanted to talk about it more on the news next week!
Yes, we should really be double checking things around here, but at 7:30am….
Solvi-san, sumimasen deshita.
Saturday at 7:28 am
Haha, the Scandinavian Connection rules!
here it’s 12:30 am… I should really listen to some lessons because as always I am a bit behind. Great episode today. I hope you will continue with video-learning after iLove.
Saturday at 7:41 am
Congratulations, Liz!
And Peter, it’s OK. I love Sweden… At least I like it
Saturday at 7:45 am
Ah Sölvi, you spoiler.
Är det här du gömmer dig, har inte hört från dig på ett tag hehe. Att man förväxlar Sverige och Norge så lätt!
Saturday at 8:23 am
Junjiさん、
危ないよ!
Nanaseさん、
Good job in shooting down Junjiさん!
Lizさん、
おめでとうございます! You must be in 7th heaven!
Our Vickyちゃん、
I told you your signature move would make the video! And, of course, the HOUC™ was honored as well!
JockZonさん、
What was that? Are you insulting Peterさん?
If so, please do it in English!
Saturday at 8:27 am
More HOUC™ to the people!
Saturday at 9:26 am
Very nice video. I like your website and podcast. Kepp up the good work. BTW, I would have picked Vicky!

Saturday at 10:32 am
Michaelさん、
That should be “very very nice.”
Saturday at 2:00 pm
This was great.
All the ladies were very charming. I’m glad they submitted their videos as well. I really liked Liz’ selling point(Im not young, but I am experienced, hehe classic). If I was Junji san I would have chosen her as well. Also Fernanda’s deep artistic cinamatographic interpretation of “First Love.” I loved it.
JAPANESEPOD101 keep it coming! ! !
Saturday at 4:13 pm
今回のビデオも、ものすげー!!!

You ladies have done a great job!!!
JP101 crew, as always, you are great!!!
I think that one of the most important result of the “iLove contest” is that it enabled the audience to “get know” one another. I mean, it’s completely different to read a comment and at the same time to be able to relate the name who wrote to his/her face.

Really, I’m really grateful to JP101 for having given us this opportunity: I admit that since the release of the previous video, I feel a deeper sense of community among the listeners.
Moreover I think it’ amazing to feel that my interest about Japanese is shard with people from ALL OVER THE WORLD!
I feel that we are like a sort of big family, and I think that’s wonderful!!!
皆さん、どうもありがとうごじます!!!

Saturday at 4:31 pm
The bit where Juni-san tried to choose Nanase again was great. I’m sure she didn’t say ‘nai’ quite as vigourously this time
Congratulations to Liz and everyone who took part. Was that Sölvi-san singing over the picture of the river? I’m pleased that Vicky’s HOUC™ made the cut.
Saturday at 4:33 pm
Yoroshiku onegaishimasu = Please be gentle with me.
!!!! LOL That was great!!!
Congrats Liz!
Great job all the women who sent in videos!
Wow, Yoshi-san is even sexier now. But I’m 5′10′, and I think he’s the same height as Chigusa-san. Would I be a towering monster beside him? ;;
Saturday at 5:23 pm
Alan-san, yeah, it was me, but it was no river… It was a Norwegian fjord!
Don’t know what happened to the sunset though… Maybe it was so dark that they had to lighten up the picture a little? Or is my memory of it wrong? All I remember is that there were lots of fantastic sunsets the month I was staying there, but maybe not that particular evening-before-deadline-evening… It’s a shame
Saturday at 5:46 pm
wow !! such a funny episode of ilove !!
i enjoyed watching it and making the clip
)
thanks japanesepod 101, everyone
))

Saturday at 5:53 pm

I can’t believe Yoshi did the whole thing with that lock of hair in his face. ^^
Saturday at 6:14 pm

Saturday at 8:14 pm
Where are my royalties?
Saturday at 8:15 pm
Saturday at 8:22 pm
JPOD Team:
Thanks for your kindness, Junji-san!!
This epidsode is a further demonstration of your incredible energy, creativity and hard work, but more importantly, it demonstrates your twisted and wicked sense of humor.
So, I am waiting for the round trip ticket to Tokyo so I can begin my lessons with Yoshi!
(By the way, my husband enjoyed it as much as I did!!)
Saturday at 8:30 pm
Alain, jag hade faktiskt tänkt att göra en svensk podcast men har inte tid för tillfället… hur kan du skriva på svenska?
Saturday at 9:03 pm
Alain-san,
Vous etes francais, n’est-ce pas?
Saturday at 9:12 pm
Jasonさん、
Check’s in the mail.
Saturday at 9:21 pm
Alain-san: Wow! Where did you learn to speak Swedish? Have you had someone translate everything JockZon has said, and then learnt all that from it?
Saturday at 9:42 pm
Sølvi-san,
On your video — beautiful, beautiful singing . . . .
Saturday at 9:48 pm
congratulations Liz!!
Saturday at 9:58 pm
Katie-
Next time, you!!
Saturday at 10:07 pm
I think swedish is a lot easier to learn than japanese!
My swedish is very poor, I only learned some lessons with books and tapes, but spent a lot of holidays in Scandinavia.
Saturday at 10:23 pm
Fernanda-san,

Ah thank you so much everyone. Now you know who is a Korean gal….
Congrats to Liz-san who got Yoshi-san’s true love. We can’t beat the experienced.
It was good to see everyone all together but it’s also embarrassing!!!
Hopefully we could see other people next time who didn’t make it this time.
After all we are jppodjoku??? Is that right Belton-san? I forgot the word what you told me.
Btw, love you all!!

Congratulations everybody!!! Specially for you Liz!!!
Fernanda-san, ¡Enhorabuena!
Carlo-san, I agree when you say it’s completely different when you associate the person’s video to the comments. Shame on me I didn’t submit any. Maybe next time!
Sunday at 2:03 am
Vicky-san
jPodzoku (jPod Tribe 族) desu.
Liz-san omedetou!!
I think there will definitely have to be an episode where you and Junji-kun meet.
Danni-san, Fernanda-san, Solvi-san, (Liz-san mo, Vicky-san mo)
Great Videos, thanks for sharing them with us.
Sunday at 2:06 am
Yeah, I think the prize should be a trip to Japan! Then we could see what happens when Nanase-san and Junji-kun meet them!
Sunday at 2:11 am
“Where are my royalties?”
Jason-san, do you want my hat?
You have to make a video with hat on though….
Sunday at 3:42 am
Alain, you could e-mail me or add me on an instant messaging service if you want to practise your Swedish! I really love when people learn Swedish because I’ve figured out that it is a quite difficult language because no one speaks as it’s written
Sunday at 5:52 am
liz, jason,

thanks for your compliment! you made me blush
jao paulo, gracias!
benton, everyone,
thanks
can’t wait for the next episodes! it’s such a fun way of learning!
Sunday at 9:08 am
WOW!
:
After watching the video for three times to make sure I wasn’t dreaming I couldn’t believe my eyes, I left with out words! Now I know how Danni-san, Fernanda-san, Solvi-san, Liz-san, and the famous traveler girl Vicky-san looks!
I waited three months to know the girls and it was really worth the wait thank you JP101 Rules!
Solvi-san the best singer, the best song
congratulations
Liz-san now I know you thank you for all you done for me nice to know you you had the best expressed words, I like that “You got experience
congratulations now you got
Yoshi-san at your feet! Is that your house if so very nice I like it!
Vicky-san just has I expected the cutes from the girls and the best video congratulations and I’m sorry for all I was so silly you can count on me! ( 한국은 지배한다)

S_R_C
Sunday at 10:30 am
Nice one ladies
Maybe we can get some more women next time, huh?
More on topic, we got the verb 届く (to receive) in this video. Now, we got a whole week on the various giving and receiving verbs, and I don’t think ‘todoku’ was included. Obviously it means ‘to receive’ but when can we use it?
Sunday at 11:20 am
wow
, I just finished to view the video for second time, GREAT works girls!
Vicky-san, very cute as always
And your hat to!

Fernanda-san, we are almost neighboring, the bubbles are very nice
Liz-san, you got Yoshi-san, keep going!
Solvi-san, great voice is really nice.
Danni-san, I agree with Sindy-san you way of speak is very clear!
To all the girls, congratulations!
JPOD101 rules!
Sunday at 12:58 pm
No. 届く means “to reach.” Like in English, it can mean to physically reach something (その本を届けない, “I can’t reach that book), and it can also mean to arrive (I *think* it’s limited to objects). The dialog says:
いっぱいビデオが届いているんですけど。
It literally means “A lot of videos have arrived” but it’s more natural English to say “recieved” in this case. It is NOT a giving/receiving verb and shouldn’t be treated like one.
Sunday at 2:00 pm
liz-san and Sindy-san, next time i won’t pass up the opportunity to make a video. I promise.
vicky-san - i love your hat! you look a lot younger than 16×2
Sunday at 4:44 pm
Thank you Jockson-さん,
When I told you of Svenskapod, it was a joke, I never saw your website before.
You’re right : to read swedish is easy, but to understand and speak it is not.
As I’m speaking german better than english (I translated medical books from german to french), I will begin to learn your german lessons in the opposite way.
But I think norwegian is easier with Sølvi:
“Denne sidan heter Blå” surely means ‘This page is called Red”!
Sunday at 5:03 pm
What do you mean? Denne sidan heter Blå is norwegian and mean “this page is called blue.” In Swedish it would be “Den här sidan heter Blå” or “Denna sida heter Blå”
Anyway, if you are that good in german you could help me because I need to practise that one too.
I know that you joked about Svenskapod but I did really have that idea in mind. The hard thing is that I have to teach both written and spoken at the same time (like informal tracks).
I really hope we could discuss this outside Jpod… It’s very interesting!
Sunday at 9:23 pm
Haha! Blå (blue) was just a word I used a lot when I made that site, I named both my computer and my cell phone Blå as well… The reason why the site is actually red is just because I wrote random numbers in the code until I found a color that looked OK.
Sunday at 10:29 pm
I can relate to that. A great video. Everyone seems to have paid a lot of time to it.
I would have chosen Vicky-san too, though.
Congrats, Liz-san.
Sunday at 11:42 pm
Minnasan
thnaks to the ladies who sumbitted their videos all very interesting- Liz-san, your boldness was rewarded!
JPOD101, where is the video with Japanese subtitles?
Thanks
mikuji
Monday at 2:17 am
hahah! Wonderful video! Go Liz! Go Liz!
We have some other cuties around here, too!
Monday at 3:15 am
相変わらず…Love your stuff!!!
I’m learning so much. You are sooo creative!
I’m wondering if you might sometime take some 演歌 folk songs and translate them in depth for us. Would help us with culture at the same time.
I won’t suggest who will sing them
Listeners contributions are Great! I like how you incorporate them into the site. Comments and all! Love you all!
Monday at 4:41 am

Another excellent Video Production by JapanesePOD101 and the ladies.
Vickyちゃん, as others have said, you are very cute in the video and did a nice job with the video.
Lizさん congratulations. If you get over to Japan, let us know what Yoshi is really like and push that piece of hair out of his face.
Fernandaさん. Personally, I liked yours the best. The use of the bubbles and other video techniques were excellent. The singing was nice as well.
For myself, I thought this was an excellent educational process and I look forward to more in the future.

Jesse-san, I hope I understand right on your question.
Yoshi-san (Junji-san on the video) Chigusa-san (Nanase-san on the video) are main voice actor / actress from jppod. And the other girls from the video are all the listeners like you. And, your Korean….
John C. Briggs-san, hisashiburidesuyo!!!
“Lizさん congratulations. If you get over to Japan, let us know what Yoshi is really like and push that piece of hair out of his face.”
It’s so funny!! Nobody could say that, but yeah!!! tell him to push that hair back. I was about to send him a hair pin.
Wednesday at 3:05 am
I agree. My Japanese teacher (yeah, I’ve found a class now!
) is going to Tokyo in December, maybe I’ll ask her to bring him a pin…
Wednesday at 3:07 am
ok, got it!!! Thanks Vicky, I agree with the hairpin. I started laughing when he pushed his curl away! hahaha 16×2??
Wednesday at 3:25 am
It’s Sweet 16×2!
Wednesday at 3:41 am
are you 17 korean age? I know the culture counts the time when someone’s in the tummy of your mother isn’t that right?
Wednesday at 3:55 am
Vicky? You live in korea? If so your english is very good!
I live in california!! If you have msn messenger raven_396@hotmail.com if not email me, so I can email you the real email I use. I can send you a photo of myself so you know who you talking to. Since i think it is only far because i already know how you look like from your video.
Wednesday at 5:16 am
ummm…I live in El Paso, TX these days. And Sweet 16×2 is my age not 17.
