Mina-san,
Omatase shimashita! We hope you all had a great weekend! Don’t forget that the 2006 Podcast Awards voting continues until August 11th!
Yoroshiku onegai shimasu!
Hope you all had a great weekend!
So now it´s time for yakkyu is it?
Keep up the good work and take care mina-san
usagi-san,
Close (they both use balls), but not quite!
I had a great weekend, thanks
How about you?
Yakkyu suki desu!
You know I love you guys, but this podcast was painfully slooooow. Too easy and too much repetition. Sorry.
Maybe you were helping us learn how to introduce ourselves for our videos?
牛タン! I prefer sushi.
Thank you for the new vocabulary! I will try not to order that!
Lizさん、
Well, it was a Survival Phrase lesson. The good thing is, your impatience is probably a sign that you are improving!
And if I may go off topic just for a moment, US beef has landed!!! Woohoo!
And if you want to know why I love Costco (well, one of the reasons), look at this:
http://www.crisscross.com/jp/news/380847
I’ll be heading out to Costco in the next couple of days.
I think this reprise of self introduction might be to encourage more newcomers to enter videos (or alternatively the team were running short of time to work on the script). Speaking of videos, how are people getting along. My singing’s improving.
Alan-san,
Re: the video
I’m trying to figure out who can hold the camera for me, what background, what clothes I should wear, what makeup (lots of it, probably
) I might be able to speak the words.
I haven’t come up with a message yet. I know my selling point
I haven’t got the song ready yet.
It’s August 7 and the deadline is August 18

Yakkyu!! How could you Usagi-san!
Just kidding :p
Ganbatte USA!
Danielさん - Costco is awesome!
Mina-san! The locations for the World Basketball Championships are quite interesting! Sapporo, Sendai, Hamamastu, and Hiroshima. I think this is great idea, as the visitors and teams will get a chance to see some smaller cities and get a better “taste” of Japan. Out of the 4 cities listed above, I’ve only been to Sendai. So far, I’ve been there twice, and it was great both times! Group A is quite lucky! Would love to hear about the other cities.
A perplexing problem is how we’ll finish all the groups and all the cities!!
頑張りましょう!
Hi guys~!!!
I haven’t listened to today’s show yet, but I’ll comment again after I did so ^_^. My internet is kinda messed up right now, so I’m writing this from my phone. YAY FOR IMODE!!!!!!!
Guys!!! Guess what ^__^ ! I can watch NHK on my TV~!!!
Well, at least some of it. I don’t pay for it, so I only get to see some of their shows ^^. I can only watch things like “NyuusuWatch” and shows about politics etc. ^^.
But it’s still great anyway~ I don’t understand much of it, but it’s really nice to see what Japanese TV looks like. Anyways, The 7 PM NyuusuWatch is about to begin, so I’m off now ^^. I’ll comment again when I come back ^__^.
See you~
Gevorg*~
Hello again ^_^
NyuusuWatch was pretty boring today. But I understood more than usual.
Here’s what I learned;
*It appears that 1,901 pools are having safety problems. And the inspections came due to the accident last week when a little girl, Erika Tomaru got sucked into an intake pipe >_
Umm… My last comment didn’t show entirely… T_T I have no idea why…
Gevorg-san, yes, that was a pretty big story over here. I’m not too sure about the water parks and pools in Japan, as I’ve only been once. But the oceans seem to be extremely understaffed when it comes to lifeguards. I remember going to a packed one without a lifeguard in sight.
It’s too bad that someone had to pass away before they realized that they should thoroughly inspect the pools…
Hugo-san, Argentina is looking good! They scare me! アルゼンチン人(aruzenchin-jin) has a unique sound in Japanese.
Liz-san, we want that video!
Alan-san too! In fact we want videos of everyone!
Hey! I can’t believe it
coincidence, my name is Joseph and im from Lebanon!
