Hi all - will have to catch up on the podcasts this week.
Just wanted to say omedeto gozaimas to JP101 for being nominated! I have placed my vote for today.
Don’t forget to vote in other categories too if you listen to podcasts from any of the other areas.
Hope everyone’s having a good Friday!
Well, Our Vickyちゃん refused to speak to me today until I voted.
I tried, but I got an error message. Wonder why.
So, Yoshiさん is gone for 3 weeks. What will Lizさん do?
Maybe she’ll just have to go back and listen again and again to old lessons.
Well, Takaseさん will have to pick up the slack for the Nagasaki Connection!
なっちゃん sounded rather happy today.
Peterちゃん、
We may be going to the fireworks in 立川 today. You should cut JP101 and come with your wife and meet us!
Daniel B-san, what kind of error did you get? Can you try again and tell us? We need your poll!

WE NEED YOU!!!
Vote Vote Vote Kudasai!!!
I’ve been driving around Yokohama all day… On my friend’s x-box. Now I’m back home, and I’ve voted for JP101. What a great day
I am really desperate for help from anyone on this board. I am a very new Sansa purchaser and Japanesepod subscriber, trying without any luck to download files onto my computer.
My experience thus far has been just awful–nothing is working. Can anyone help out this newcomer?
(I’ve sent an email already to JapanesePod101, but no response yet.)
Paul
Paul-san,
Sorry about the difficulties you are running into. I just responded to your email with some instructions, which should hopefully help out a bit. Please let me know (via email) if you continue to experience trouble with downloading the files and I’ll be sure to work with you until all your issues are resolved.

Daniel Beck-san said, “Yoshi Yoshi Yoshi…blah blah blah…

Daniel B-san and Liz-sa, you guys are so funny.
Hope you guys aren’t 16th.
Anyway, I went to Japanese class after work today. First question to them was, did you vote today. Of cause they didn’t know about it.
So my teacher connect us to online, and I made them to vote in front of big screen. My class is pretty small, but they all vote for jppod.
And, I just noticed that I didn’t follow Eran-san’s direction, and I did wrong myself.
So follow his direction, and I finally vote in the right way. Yeah!!!
Now, I’m going to email one of my friend who went to vacation for a month. So my friend can vote with right direction.
See, Eran-san? Not many people know how to vote including me, myself???
Thank you so much for your clear direction how to vote…blah blah blah.
And, Mark-san also posted this information on mixi. And, I will copy that too emailing people. So they will follow Eran-san’s right direction.
Let’s vote!
Vote Vote Vote Kudasai!!
I haven’t listened yet
but I did read the pdf. I noticed the word “gonna”. It’s funny, but only my Japanese friends use that word. I think Americans say “gonna” but rarely write it. I wonder how Japanese speakers picked up that strange usage:???: Am I off base here?
Your going to win thanks to me I gave all my votes to this JP101 so don’t fail me!
S_R_C
Thanks for another interesting intermediate lesson, and congratulations on your nomination! I’m going to go vote after writing this comment!
Go Jpod101!
Can someone help me with this verb
急にいなくなって
from the sentence
あの事件の後、急にいなくなって・・・どうしたの?どこにいってたの?何考えてるの?
Initially I thought it was なくなる but now I see there is an “い” in front.
Thanks
John C. Briggs
