I love Hakata Remen, too. In LA, there's a place called Shin Sengumi (3-4 locations around LA and Orange County). This place makes the best hakata remen (and fried rice). It also has yakitori side and it is such a fun place 2 go if you don't mind waiting. It's so CROWDED that sometimes I waited for 2 hours just to get in.
