(For non-native English speakers, "doormat" is an idiom to describe people who do not stand up for their own interests, but instead let other people walk all over them.) Will he stand up for Natsuko in the face of a trouble-maker? When you have a construction which goes 全然 … ません it either means “(I) never …” or “Not at all”, so 全然構いませんよ is “I don’t mind at all”

Whereas ください means “please”, such as 気をつけてください which means “(Please) Take care”
