You're hearing 相変わらず(あいかわらず) - aikawarazu, or "as usual". So Peter-san is saying, "as always, I feel like a million bucks!" Is your second question about ものすごい? If so, you can just think of ものすごい as something like sugoi squared  Sugoi - to a great extent; monosugoi - to an extremely great extent. Irony - 皮肉. Hope that helped  Max-san,

It sounds something like this: はい、かわれず、ぜっこうちょうです。 (He always says it in response to おげんきですか) Also, in the explanation, Peter mentioned that 日本語はものすごいあいまいです。 In the Airport Encounter II (the pdf) it says something about ものすごい。But it was, for me at least, 本当にあいまい (really vague). ('Ironic' は日本語でなんですか。) A little help??? Peter 先生 has taught us a word but we don’t know what it means! It sounds something like this: はい、かわれず、ぜっこうちょうです。
