In the same year as McGyver started I was born and I watched it all the time. Therefore there is no excuse of age not knowing ;)

I especially love the Simpsons Episode where Richard Dean Anderson finally gets an Cameo. Hilarious!

Dear Sakura,
Your voice is so beautiful! I have a friend from India and your accent is quite like hers! Did you ever live in India? Your English is excellent! If only we English speakers could speak Japanese half as well!

Hey, Peter!
I'm a Mac User, too! Macs rule! Anyway, I was listening to your podcast of March 5 (News) and I was amazed to hear you say that you could push the center of the click whee on an iPod and the text of the show would come up. I tried it and it worked! I was particularly surprised that this worked because I have a 2nd generation iPod. This is really great and I can save paper from printing out the .pdf files! You guys are doing a wonderful, creative job!

I live near Chicago and I'm trying to learn Japanese so your show is a great help to me! Doomo!

Hatsumi-san,

I'm so glad you could post and say hello! It's okay if you can't post often, but the fact that you've still made time to drop in and say hi makes us all happy, I'm sure

I hope things are going well for you and continue to do so!

Ayu-san,

It is close enough to understand. All you left out of the romaji was the "go" after Indoneshia. In the first, you wouldn't normally use か after the informal verb like that. To answer your question... いいえ、話しません (iie, hanashimasen).

I'm just sneaky is all

John-san,

Go for it!

This is sooo spooky, Nathan-san インドネシア語を話すか。

Not sure about the Japanese though, I used http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr
But I didn't mean to cheat , I was trying to find the Japanese romaji translation because I think I know what the sentence is but I don't quite remember it
anyway, this is what I remember : anata wa Indonesia o hanasimasuka

どもありがとございました for mentioning my name and my little anecdote! でも... my sister was somewhat disapointed that you didn't mention that I introduced her to the Podcast as well.

I was sort of surprised that my name was pronounced correctly. It's kind of weird hearing my name in the podcast itself.

Ohh, I hope all is well with you Hatsumi. All the best and come back soon! Don't be a stranger! ^_^X　じゃまたあしたね

It is very funny how some "American humor" doesn't quite translate. I was re-listening to one of the lessons (the SP #10), where Peter-san said "B and D." It didn't quite translate into Japanese. . . although I couldn't help but laugh out loud . . . . at work. . . . which made everyone look at me funny. Hehe. ^-^

We love you, Hatsumi-san!
