mei-san
Yes. あけおめ　ことよろ
It's used to be a popular slangy way to say あけましておめでとう "Happy new year."
今年もよろしく "Please treat me nice this year too". or "thank your for your continuous support this year."

This lesson was published long time ago. I would say this あけおめことよろ sounds a little out of date.
